16:00 FUNNY FENCES-1, 3rd day(19 JULY) | |
| "It is second day of the camp, ok third, but second working day - this morning we started to color the fence, i.e. the wall in white, so we made a base for our future drawing. (Un)fortunately we didn't start to paint the fence today in the afternoon, because we had to finish our sketch and to make a kind of a performance for the kids that was held at 8 o'clock, so after we definitely finished the sketch, we met the other participians of the I – brush group, and disscuss about the performance – how it is supose to look like, what is the purpuseof it and the easiest way of showing the purpuse to the children. And in the center there is a big hall, where during the night some activities for the kids are organised, with a not so small stage and a a huge white board for the projector, so the whole group thought of a play – from each country there will be a representative who will play in the play They are suposed to be paintors who will paint on the whiteboard, and inspired by the Vavilon tower legend,they will speak the same language untill the God comes and give all of them a diferent language – the native language of their country, so they don't understand each other, but in the end they realize that painting can conect them all. The play went well, I guess, so we had a rest at the garden for some time, and now we are in the flat, in the quee for the shower A really nice, fullfilling day!" Darja Milosevic, Serbia | |
