 Oh!
It was such a wonderful and unipical day! It was Saturday, so it was a
holiday for us. We decided to visit Kostroma because there was the 858th
anniversary of the city and we learned that there will be some
fireworks.
It was free time till lunch. We took the train to Kostroma after we had
lunch, at one o’clock. It was a nice trip because of the view of the
countryside of Russia.  When we arrived at Kostroma, we first visited an old church. After we
decided to split up, because some of us wanted to take a break and drink
some coffee. But the majority of us remained and wanted to continue
touring the city; so we went Ipatiyevski Monastery where there were lots
of wonderful things to see and we even listened to the choir of the
monastery while a religious ritual is going on.Then after we decided to go to some kind of open air history museum about wooden and old Russian buildings. There we saw lots of interesting constructs and took many photos. Because we became hungry, we went to the restaurant inside the museum and tried traditional Russian food and drinks.  After dinner, we took a bus to the town center to watch the fireworks
and to see the festivities. The show was magnificent and glorious. After
the show we decided to stay a little bit longer. We walked on the
streets of Kostroma speaking with each other. It was becoming late so we
took three taxis and returned back to Nerehta to sleep in our lovely
